After over six years in the fitness industry, and over 10,000 sessions serviced, I have learned that there are MANY right and wrong approaches to achieving your goals. I have a true passion for helping people, and fitness is a perfect outlet for that. I want to find out what drives YOU and what motivates YOU to live a more active lifestyle. For some, it may be getting on a detailed and grueling program that drives extreme change in your life and gets you results as fast as possible. For others, it may be just being able to have fun during your workouts and feel better throughout your day! Whatever a person's goal, or obstacle, I believe that it is important to have a trainer that is great at adapting to the challenge and becoming your biggest support system. We all have enough going on in our lives that make us feel like we are “Against the Odds,” but working out shouldn’t be another stress, it should be YOUR therapy and release from life!"

Trainers in Residence is a new concept that we’re bringing to ATO Fitness. We wanted to create a home base for trainers looking to grow and expand their business-- without the high cost. And, to our customer base: having a diverse group of trainers, with a wide range of skill sets, gives us the ability to accommodate any types of health and fitness goals while also working with your ever-changing schedule.

However, the longer I have been in the industry I have started to realize that the greatest gift that I can give to my clients is ownership of their own happiness. Not just in health and fitness, but in every aspect of their lives. It is my mission to continue to educate both myself and my clients in every aspect necessary to eliciting life changing results for those I care for.
