You will start by pairing up with one of our nationally accredited and certified personal trainers to begin your fitness journey. Think of your trainer as your fitness consultant. We will talk through health, goals, and any injuries you may have sustained. And, together, we will create a customized plan, and timeline, to ensure your success.

25 Minute Training
Tight on time? We have a fully designed workout plan for those who want a quick reset in the day to quick burst workouts.
50 Minute Training
Work one-on-one with a trainer to work through goal setting, workout explanations, and form instruction in a supportive and friendly environment.
Couple / Partner Training
Want to train with your best friend, teammate, partner, or spouse? We created an option for you, and your workout buddy, to split the cost and focus on individualized workout plans.
Group Training
With a variety of different group-style training options, we created classes suited for all levels of ability. From high-energy 5am classes to semi-private sessions, you will be both motivated and supported by trainers and other athletes alike. Our goal with group training is to help push past your limits and to succeed as a team. Whether you are a beginner at the gym, or want to be surrounded by like minded individuals, group training is a great option!
