CLASS SCHEDULE

 

FIT Class

MON - FRI | 5:00AM - 6:00AM

Perfect for the energetic, early risers. FIT classes are modeled after high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, but we take it up a notch. These 5am and 6am classes are not for the faint of heart. With non-stop movement for the full-hour, you will work as a team while still achieving your individual fitness goals.

Semi-Private Group Training

MON, WED, FRI | 6:00am - 7:00am
TUES, THURS | 6:40am - 7:40am
MON - FRI | 9am, 11am, 12pm

Set up a semi-private group with friends or colleagues, we cap the sessions to ensure personalized attention while also maintaining a team environment.
